At Nice Cream London, we want you to love your fashion finds; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 28 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all garments are unworn, unwashed, and still have their original tags attached.
Register Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring the return form is included inside the parcel.
Drop Off Your Parcel
Print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
